Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With small adnexal masses (=<4cm) confirmed by TAS and TVS examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ovarian masses of 1-2cm, clear boundary, no echo and considered as follicular by abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound examination; 2. Patients that were treated with oophorectomy; 3. Allergicing to sonovue; 4. Takahara diseases; 5. Right to left shunt heart disease; PAH; 6. Ault ARDS; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Teenagers under 18 years old; 9. Patients who are reluctant to sign informed consent form.
