Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient signs the informed consent to participate in clinical trials, and receive follow-up; 2. The B-type ultrasonic or X ray or MRI-guided core needle breast pathology confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma; 3. To be aged from 18 to 70 years old; 4. Karnofsky score > 80 points; 5. Expected to survive longer than 6 months; 6. Liver, kidney, bone marrow function was normal (ALT/AST/ALP/GGT were "two times the normal value, total bilirubin 4*10^9/L, HGB > 80g/L, PLT> 100*10^9/L; 7. Preoperative physical examination and imaging tests (breast B type ultrasound, mammography and MRI) confirmed the tumor as a single lesion; 8. Preoperative physical examination and imaging tests (breast B type ultrasound, mammography and MRI) clinical stage T <=3cm; 9. No proven distant metastasis; 10. No contraindication for MRI examination; 11. Have the wishes of breast-conserving.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Beyond the control of the medical diseases, including 6 months appeared unstable angina, myocardial infarction, cerebral vascular accident; 2. Can not accept general anesthesia or surgical treatment because of the other organs; 3.A history of malignant tumor in 5 years; 4. There is not controlled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or a history of mental disorder; 5. Are known to suffer from peripheral neuropathy = NCI CTC AE level 1; 6. Require immunosuppressive therapy after organ transplantation; 7. Severe uncontrolled repeated infection, or other serious diseases; 8. Involving the activities of the skin connective tissue disease; 9. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 10. After breast or chest wall radiotherapy; 11. Molybdenum target significant diffuse suspicious or malignant micro-calcifications 12. Lesions can not be removed through a single incision reached a partial cutting edge of negative and will not affect the appearance; 13.Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
