Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tumor height (proximal from dentate line) less than 10 cm assessed by colonoscopy, tumor which can be passed completely during colonoscopy, and operable diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of infection within the previous one month; immune system disease history; and inflammatory bowel disease, bowel obstruction, or a history of chronic diarrhea; a neo-adjuvant treatment history.
