Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing diabetes, CRVO, or AION. Informed consent to do CTA and TCD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal failure, cardial failure, cannot to do the CTA, allergy to fluorescein, had underwent operation or truma to the internal carotid artery or ocular artery or eye and had laser history.
