18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. All patients who underwent hip or knee revision surgery; 3. The swelling of the knee after joint replacement and the patients who need the diagnostic joint aspiration; 4. Any other suspected infected patients, such as fever, ESR or CRP elevated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are screws or plates (not joint prosthesis) in patients joint; 2. There is no synovial fluid available; 3. The patient does not want his/her specimen to be collected by the center; 4. The patient or his/her authorized person is unwilling to sign a Informed Consent or unwilling to comply with the Study Protocol.
