Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children aged no more than 3 years; 2. no history of asphyxia at birth, development and nutritional status is good; 3. no central nervous system disease; 4. The guardian of the subject has the ability to read, understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent approved by the Ethics Committee (EC); 5. The guardian of the subject must be at least 18 years old on the date of signing the informed consent (ICF) and be able to provide informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the subjects had intraocular surgery (except cataract surgery); 2. the subjects have been randomized into the study before; 3. Participants participated in the clinical study of other drugs or devices within the first 30 days of enrollment and / or during the study; 4. the subjects have a serious chronic systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, liver and kidney disease or malignancy, or other diseases that researchers think are not suitable for participating in this study.
