55 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent non-neurosurgery with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of I-II and older than 55 years old, as well as preoperative MMSE scores = 24 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative diseases of the nervous system, history of receiving psychotropic drugs or neurosurgery, preoperative pathological changes of major organs and systems, preoperative diabetes, preoperative hypertension with blood pressure =140/90mmHg, severe hypertension during perioperative period, arrhythmia and other serious complications.
