Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) voluntarily as a test subject, willing to sign an informed consent form; 2) patients with central vascular disease, aged 18 to 80 years; 3) those who meet the criteria for inclusion in clinical research programs. Aneurysms: clinical diagnosis of SAH; previous diagnosis of aneurysm follow-up review; choose a sudden headache, coma or cranial nerve paralysis; traumatic patients suspected of traumatic aneurysms. Spinal vascular disease: weakness and sensory abnormalities in the lower extremities; progressive changes and aggravation; MRI-enhanced scan in patients with suspected spinal cord disease; patients with suspected vascular disease after trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who do not meet the criteria for inclusion in clinical research programs; 2) anxiety or depression in patients; 3) Cardiac insufficiency, or renal insufficiency (creatinine> 250umol / L), or hepatic insufficiency (GPT> 2.5 times the upper limit of normal); 4) Pregnancy test positive or lactating women; 5) to participate in other clinical trials or researchers think it unfit to participate in this test; 6) Drugs banned by this study are being used; 7) history of malignancy or history of wasting diseases such as tuberculosis; 8) Paralyzed limbs with limb disability or history of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; mental, intellectual abnormalities that can not be understood experimentally or uncooperatively.
