Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A variety of chronic liver disease patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of portal venous emboli or spongy degeneration, liver portal vein stenosis, right heart failure, the drug of application affecting the portal vein pressure, active hemorrhage and hepatic encephalopathy. And the patients who can not complete all inspection or who underwent splenectomy or endoscopic treatment or who combined with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and chronic lung disease and primary or metastatic liver cancer patients.
