Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who undergone CT pulmonary angiography during the hospital stay in Lanzhou University First Hospital from Jan-01 2016 to Jun-30 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients who undergone several times of CTPA were excluded from the study and only included the results of the first time after hospital admission; 2. the patients without complete records of ECG or D-dimer test.
