Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) With pertussis clinical manifestations: the following symptoms: with more than 1 paroxysmal cough, or an echo, after coughing or vomiting, or apnea (with or without cyanosis, only suitable for infants under the age of 1); 2) Pertussis DNA-PCR positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The onset of disease for more than 2 weeks; 2) age >3 years
