18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planning to accept renal transplantation; 2. Age 18-74 years; 3. Blood CMV-IgM, CMVDNA were negative; 4. No clinical manifestation of CMV syndrome, such as fever, muscle pain, joint pain, anorexia, malaise and other symptoms; 5. No clinical manifestation of tissue invasive CMV disease, such as interstitial pneumonia, hepatitis, pancreatitis, gastroduodenitis, colitis, myocarditis and retinal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; 2. Multiple organ transplantation; 3. Severe heart failure; 4. Tumor; 5. Kidney transplant between identical twins; 6. transplant renal insufficiency.
