Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rectal cancer was pathologically confirmed by enteroscope biopsy; 2. Participants should receive TME surgery and pathological examination of resected tissue; 3. Participants should have no contraindication of PET-MRI examination,no metal implants inside; 4. Participants should be informed of research plan and sign informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia can not be tolerated, severe heart, lung, liver and other major organ dysfunction; 2. Severe coagulation disorder; 3. Gestation; 4. Patients with abdominal cavity and pelvic metastasis; 5. Patients with tumor perforation and acute peritonitis; 6. Other situations that researchers consider inappropriate for study.
