Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal subjects without any disease basis; lung cancer patients aged 18-75 years old, by histopathology or cytopathology clearly diagnosed as lung cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of Heart disease, rheumatic diseases, allergic diseases, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, diabetes, thyroid disease, liver and kidney disease and hematopoietic system diseases and other patients; pregnancy, lactating women; patients do not meet or participate in other clinical trials
