40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who agree with any of the following four and agree to undergo TTMB puncture: 1. rectal examination found abnormal prostate; 2. prostate imaging abnormalities; 3. PSA > 10ng/ml; 4. PSA 4-10, abnormal f/t PSA or abnormal PSAD value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with abnormal coagulation function; 2. serious urinary tract infection; 3. severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. life expectancy is less than 10 years.
