Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients meet the indications of PICC; 2. The doctor ordered that the patient to be placed in PICC and signed the PICC informed consent form; 3. Aged 18 ~ 70 years old, gender is not limited; 4. the outer diameter of PICC/ the inner diameter of target blood vessel was < 45%; 5. ECG results were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac arrhythmia: ECG shows abnormal P waves (pulmonary heart disease, pacemaker, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, extreme tachycardia, etc.; 2. Do not cooperate with the operation, psychonosema; 3. compulsive posture; 4. An emergency rescuer is needed; 5. superior vena cava syndrome.
