Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female or male, to be aged from 18 to 80 years at the screening visite; 2. elective surgery under general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation; 3. agree to inform consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to measure esophageal temperature ,rectal temperature or tympanic thermometers,patients diagnosed with esophageal and gastric varices or rectal varices, malformation of auricula,otitis media; 2. Intravenous infusion is required for both upper limbs; 3. in vatro heating is required; 4. patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction,heart failure or The estimated blood loss is more than 5000.
