Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 7 days of onset of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (including the cerebral infarction and TIA); (The disease time of TIA is calculated from the last attack time before seeing a doctor to admission date) 2. Male or female aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. One or more significant stenosis or occlusion lesion on intracranial artery (diagnosed by CTA, DSA or MRA, including ICA C5-7, MCA M1, ACA A1, PCA P1, BA, or V4), and the infarction lesions are located in the territory of target vascular.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The mRS score before onset >2; 2. Patients with severe mental disorders and dementia; 3. Migraine with aura, epilepsy and other neural function defects caused by non-ischemic stroke; 4. Unconsciousness (The level of consciousness in the score of NIHSS 1a >1) or agitation who could not cooperative with CTA examination; 5. Highly suspected non-atherosclerotic disease, such as the arteritis, fibro-muscular dysplasia, moyamoya disease, and etc; 6. Patients with severe heart disease included atrial fibrillation, heart failure, valvular heart disease and acute myocardial infarction who can not tolerate CTA examination; 7. Patients with highly suspected cardiogenic embolism; 8. Allergy to CTA contrast agent; 9. Severe renal insufficiency, thyroid dysfunction or thyroid nodules, nephrotic syndrome; 10. Refuse to participate in this study.
