Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 7 days of onset of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (including the cerebral infarction and TIA); (The disease time of TIA is calculated from the last attack time before seeing a doctor to admission date) 2. Male or female aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. One or more significant stenosis or occlusion lesion on intracranial artery (diagnosed by CTA, DSA or MRA, including ICA C5-7, MCA M1, ACA A1, PCA P1, BA, or V4), and the infarction lesions are located in the territory of target vascular.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The mRS score before onset >2; 2. Patients with severe mental disorders and dementia; 3. Migraine with aura, epilepsy and other neural function defects caused by non-ischemic stroke; 4. Unconsciousness (The level of consciousness in the score of NIHSS 1a >1) or agitation who could not cooperative with CTA examination; 5.
