18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has fully understand and voluntarily signed written informed consent; 2. The pathologic diagnosis is diagnosed and surgical treatment is to performed; 3. Aged 18-70 years old, male or female; 4. KPS score=60; 5. The functions of organs are basically normal (In the absence of continuous support treatment, laboratory test results in the first week of the group were enrolled): neutrophil>1.5×10^9/L, blood platelet>100×10^9/L, hemoglobin>9.0g/dl, bilirubin < 1.5×UL, NAST(SGOT), ALT(SGPT)<2.5×ULN, serum creatinine<1.5× ULN=3 months 6. Expected survival.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cystonisis; 2. Urological deformity or urethral stricture; 3. white blood cells<1.5×10^9/L or neutrophil<1.0×10^9 /L; 4. pregnancy or lactation period; 5. Patients with serious diseases of other systems; 6. Allergy to a variety of drugs; 7. Participated in or participated in another clinical study in 30 days; 8. Patient's adherence to this clinical study is insufficient.
