Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) childbearing age women who visit a hospital, 2) history of amenorrhea, 3) positive pregnancy test (urine ß-hCG), 4) abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding or both, which are symptoms of EP, 5) transvaginal sonography: the mixed mass in the attachment area, without the visualization of a gestational sac in intrauterine cavity, 6) having the pathologic diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with gynecologic tumor or other serious diseases. 2) serious complications. 3) unstable vital signs, 4) failure to take serum hCG test and vaginal ultrasonography on the same day, 5) the need for additional treatment due to the occurrence of serious adverse events, 6) the participants ask to quit.
