Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The establishment of the normal reference interval of phi: normal healthy people, Above 40 years of age, physical examination including blood routine, liver function, renal function,blood glucose and so on, and prostate examination including ultrasound and digital rectal examination (DRE); 2. Patients with TPSA levels within 2~20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The establishment of the normal reference interval of age stratified phi: a history of prostate cancer; taking drugs that may affect the level of PSA within three months before drawing bloodincluding androgen therapy such as finasteride and testosteroneand Proscar; prostate biopsy within three months before drawing blood, or other operations that may increase PSA level; benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery before; acute prostatitis occurs when blood; urinary tract infection; abnormal result of prostate ultrasound or DRE, fPSA/TPSA< 25%.
