Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral small vascular disease of Fezakas level 0 to 3 diagnosed by skull MR or CT; 2. Aged 30 to 70 years old; 3. To be able to cooperate TCD breathless test; 4. Patients or his illegal family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Could not cooperate with imaging examination; 2. Patients with poor temporal window or could not cooperate with TCD examination.
