Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 75 to 18 years old; 2) Cirrhosis diagnosed by biopsy or at least two imaging methods(ultrasound, CT or MRI); 3) Patients with TIPS indication and without contraindication; 4) Patients who sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Grade C for CTP scores; 2) Active bleeding for patients with varices; 3) Endoscopic treatment for patients with moderate to severe varices; 4) Patients with severe organ failure or coagulation problems or other critical state; 5) Pregnant or lactating women.
