Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Naive patients with lung nodule detected by CT; 2. Aged=18 years old; 3. Tumor size =8mm and =30mm; 4. Blood sample volume=3ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cancer of other organ or system; 2. Patients previously treated for lung cancer; 3. Patients who already have had any pathological assessment before enrolling; 4. Renal insufficiency (serum creatinine>1.5mg/dL or 133µmol/L); 5. Samples obtained in patients with active systemic dermatological disease (eg, psoriasis).
