Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 - 75 years male and female; 2. obstructive jaundice with progressive exacerbation; 3. the malignant lesions were confirmed by ERCP + idus + cell brush biopsy or tissue biopsy; 4. malignant bile duct obstruction diagnosed for the first time (including the diagnosis of the first treatment of the outer court for the first time); 5. signing of the letter of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors of other systems or organs; 2. patients with blood system diseases and severe body failure; 3. patients with immune deficiency and organ transplantation; 4. the researchers think it is inappropriate to participate in other circumstances of this study. In addition, in order to ensure the reliability of CTCs detection results, 20 non - tumor patients in our department were collected as negative control group during the same period. Another 20 patients with malignant tumor were collected as positive control group.
