Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 15 and 80 years; 2. Signed the Informed Consent; 3. Test group: Diabetic patients met the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 4. Control group: Normal glucose tolerance volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious complications over the past six months; 2. Those who have other serious disease.
