Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing shoulder or neck surgery under general anesthesia with delayed extubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: abnormal ultrasound cartilage ring shape; cartilage ring wall thickening with granulation tissue or scar; confusion with central nervous system disease or brain injury; lack of preoperative imaging data; patients who refused to participate
