Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective general anesthesia in patients with hypertension, ASA II-III; 2. The patient informed and agreed to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reject this study; less than 18 years old; Obesity; portal hypertension; Cardiac insufficiency; hematopneumothorax; Releural effusion and other thoracic pressure increased thoracic lesions; Increased the pressure in the abdominal cavity; pulmonary artery; Potentially difficult airway with respiratory disease; Subxyphoid abdominal skin scar hypertension complications; Pacemaker implantation; Poor ultrasound imaging; diabetes; Accounting for the influence of ultrasound on the inferior vena cava.
