Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy subjects: (1) Aged 18 ~ 70 years old, half male and female; (2) Past physical fitness; (3) No positive sign of physical examination; (4) The blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, electrocardiogram, digital radiography and abdominal ultrasound examination showed no abnormal findings (liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipid and ECG (past 3 months), digital radiography, ultrasonography (in June), blood routine (within a week)); (5) Informed consent, voluntary trial. 2. hypertension population inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; (2) Aged between 30-70 years old; (3) The course of disease is more than 3 months; (4) Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study. 3. type 2 diabetes: (1) Diagnostic criteria for diabetes; (2) Aged between 30-70 years old; (3) The course of disease is more than 3 months; (4) Informed consent of the subjects, and voluntary consent. 4. hyperlipidemia population into the standard (1) Accord with the diagnostic criteria of hyperlipemia; (2) Aged 30 -70 years old; (3) Informed consent and voluntary consent of the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. healthy crowd exclusion criteria (1) Participated in other clinical trials within four weeks; (2) Pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women; (3) The psychological scale was used to test the patients with severe depression or anxiety. 2. hypertension exclusion criteria: (1) Participated in other clinical trials within four weeks; (2) The psychological scale test may have severe depression or anxiety. (3) The mind is not perfect, can not match the researcher (4) Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women. (5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) The combined immune system diseases, blood system diseases such as primary disease or malignant tumor; 3. type 2 diabetes exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetic ketoacidosis and other acute metabolic disorders in January; (2) In the past 1 months combined with severe infection; (3) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) Immune system disease, blood system diseases and other primary diseases or malignant tumors; (5) The mind is not perfect, can not match the researcher; (6) The preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation women. (7) Participated in other clinical trials within 7 weeks; (8) may be tested for depression or anxiety by psychological scale. 4. hyperlipidemia exclusion criteria: (1) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Diseases of the immune system, blood system diseases and other primary diseases or malignancies; (3) The mind is not perfect, can not match the researcher; (4) Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; (5) Participated in other clinical trials; (6) By the psychological scale test may have severe depression or anxiety.
