Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with lung cancer who received thoracic radiotherapy within 6 months; 2) Aged greater than or equal to 18 years; 3) New radiological abnormalities(CT images): Ground glass opacitiespatchy, consolidation conforming to the outline of the sharply demarcated irradiated area, or non-uniform Ground glass opacitiespatchy and discrete consolidation; 4) New clinical symptoms: cough; dyspnea; thoracic pain; fever
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The standard symptoms and signs caused by the following factors: tumor progression, COPD acute exacerbation, cardiogenic disease, pulmonary infarction, anemia and so on.
