Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed(by pathology) and untreated patients with small cell lung cancer or lung adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with double primary or multiple primary tumors; Patients with metabolic diseases and long history of medication; Patients with no serious illness and surgery in the last 3 months.
