Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tested individuals should sign informed written consent; 2. diagnosed diarrheic infants under the age of 5 should be hospitalized. Healthy infants controls should be matched with age and sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infantile diarrhea caused by nonpathogenic infectious.
