Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case selection criteria: 1) voluntary painless gastrointestinal examination of patients; 2) before the test have been fasting 8 hours, forbidden to drink more than 2 hours; 3) Symptoms of upper abdominal discomfort, bloating, sour, belching, nausea, etc. before anesthesia assessment can not determine whether the delay of gastric emptying; 4) excluding painless gastrointestinal examination contraindications; 5) history of esophageal and stomach surgery; 6) voluntarily receive stomach ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case exclusion criteria: 1) obvious painless gastrointestinal examination contraindications; 2) not according to the provisions of time fasting ban on drinking; 3) have esophageal and stomach surgery history, there are obvious pyloric obstruction; 4) Upper gastrointestinal anatomy; 5) patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 6) patients who are reluctant to undergo gastric ultrasound.
