Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients who were conducted with bronchoscopy, pleurocentesis and lung biopsy in the department of Respiratory Medicine in the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the samples which contain a small number of cells (<200) or far away from the quality-controlling standard of DNA quantitive analysis system, for instance, too many impurities or abnormal standardization, although the reasons for abnormal standardization can not be distinguished at present.
