Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Circulatory failure(meet at least one of the following conditions): 1) HR>90bpm; 2) SBP2mmol/L; 4) UO<0.5ml/kg.h; 5) SvO2<65% or ScvO2<70%; 2. Patient with Mechanical ventilation need to adjust the PEEP: 3. Older than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary hypertension; 2. Pulmonary fibrosis disease; 3. Malformed cardiac or inferior vena cava; 4. Other reasons interfere the quality of lung ultrasound image; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Amputation or other reasons which unable to complete the passive leg raising test.
