65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients had to be >=65 years of age and ASA physical health class I to III, who were receiving elective laparoscopic surgery lower extremity/abdominal surgery.The operation time must between 2 to 6 hours.No narcotic drug allergy; no serious liver and kidney dysfunction; no severe anemia; no previous history of cardiovascular disease or related surgery; no neurological or psychiatric diseases; no long-term continuous use of antipsychotic drugs or antidepressants history; no alcoholism or drug abuse: no hearing and speech disorder; The patients or their clients must understand the study and sign their names on the document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: During the perioperative period, patients who did not participate in neuropsychological test or MRI examination, intraoperative blood loss (>1000ml), mean arterial pressure (MAP<60mmHg) during operation, postoperative cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary infection and other severe complications
