Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) families with confirmed TSC probands, with gestational age of 16 to 22 weeks; (2) families with TSC risk factors, with gestational age of 16 to 22 weeks; (3) family with no known TSC risk factor but fetus show cardiac rhabdomyoma by F-ECHO.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Families that did not agree with the informed consent.
