Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) more than 18 yeas old; (2) septic shock the relatively stable circulation state after fluid resusciatation, vasoactive drugs were permitted. circulation collapse were definded as follows: a, systolic pressure 40mmHg), or vasoactive drugs were needed to maintain blood pressure b,urine volume100 bpm/min;d,skin tinea was appeared; e,blood lactic acid>2mmol/L; (3) PiCCO was conducted; (4) the quality of ultrasound picture was clear enough to calculate related parameteres; (5) blood purification was treatment was needed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or end-stage patients with malignant tumor; (2) blood purification or PiCCO monitoring were not conducted; (3) people who do not sign the consent form
