18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. focal symptomatic epilepsy based on history and the electroclinical findings; 2. negative findings on conventional brain MRI scan; 3. completion of 18F-FDG PET and HR-MRI studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. generalized or multifocal epilepsy; 2. idiopathic focal epilepsy (for example, benign focal epilepsy of the childhood, familiar frontal/temporal lobe epilepsy); 3. Unsatisfactory imaging quality (e.g, severe head moving artifact)
