Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. between 55 and 74 years of age at the time of randomization, had a history of cigarette smoking of at least 30 pack-years, and, if former smokers, had quit within the previous 15 years; 2. Persons are =40 years of age and had a history of cigarette smoking of at least 20 pack-years,and at least had an extra risk factor (previously re-ceived a diagnosis of lung cancer, history of pulmonary diseases, family history of lung cancer or occupational exposure)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy population <40 years; 2. Persons that can't meet the follow-up
