Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) discard embryos in ICSI treatment cycle or embryos for PGS or PGD; 2) be willing to participate in this study and to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with contraindications for assisted reproductive technology
