3 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of our hospital out or in patient department who suspects Hp infection and need examination of gastroscopy; 2. Patients who had history of using antibiotic drugs within nearly two weeks; 3. Patients who are older than 3 years and competent to blow up balloon (be competent to finish 13C-UBT); 4. Patients include should at least 200 cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had used mucoprotective drugs, such as aluminum phosphate, aluminum phosphate and bismuth formulas; 2. Patients who had used proton pump inhibitors and other antiacid drugs; 3. Patients who were fail to follow up; 4. Patients who cannot finish following detections such as blood collection, faecal collection and 13C-UBT.
