Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physical examination report qualifiedNo abnormal indices under modern medical diagnostic standards, without any subjective symptoms with light or normal level of shortness of breath or fatigue.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject who couldnt perform the breath holding maneuver without have any sustainable discomfort; 2. smoke, or have long term smoker company, do not working or living in polluted air environment; 3. have acute or terminal illness or severe cognitive impairment (a score\10 in the Mini-Mental State Evaluation [MMSE]); 4. subjects have suffered major cardiovascular event in the past (i.e., myocardial infarction, angina or ictus).
