18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients for elective carotid endarterectomy and sign their informed consents; 2. Aged 18-80 years old, ASA I-III, BMI70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorder or anemia (Hb<100g/L); 2. Conscious disturbance or cognitive disorder; 3. Drug allergy were used in this study or long-term use of sedative, analgesic drug addicts; 4. With important organ dysfunction, such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Long-term use of antiepileptic drugs; 6. Pregnant or suckling period woman; 7. With other diseases may interfere with the results of this study
