18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study one: 18-45years old, Gestational age 20- 40 weeks; Stugy two: 18-45years old, Gestational age 32- 40 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refused; Ankylosing spondylitis. History of spinal trauma surgery; Body mass index > 35 kg/m2; landmark can't palpation
