18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. time of onset is less than 2 days; 3. fail to receive thrombolytic therapy; 4. the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score is 5 to 20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intracranial hemorrhage displaying by CT or MRI; 2. cardiac insufficiency; 3. chronic liver disease; 4. chronic kidney disease; 5. poorly controlled diabetes; 6. NISS score is less than 5 or more than 20.
