Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of any gender or race who fulfil the criteria of the Bohan-Peter classification of dermatomyositis or the Sontheimer diagnosis standard of amyopathic dermatomyositis; 2. Participants or guardians fully understand the content of the experiment and are willing to participate in the experiment.And they have signed informed consent; 3. Patients who are qualified with the physical examination and have no serious heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, mental disorders and metabolic disorders in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose health examinations dont meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Pregnant and lactating women and children; 3. People who have participated in any other drugs researches before three months of the experiment; 4. People use hypnotics, sedatives or other addictive drugs; 5. People with severe basic diseases; Or alcoholics, psychiatric patients; 6. People cant complete the research, or researchers dont think its suitable for the research.
