Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Referring to the 2007 KDOQIDN guidelines for diagnostic criteria: the presence of a large number of proteinuria or the presence of white trace protein: the presence of diabetic retinopathy, diabetes duration of more than 10 years. In line with the above criteria for the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, and urinary micro albumin in 30-300mg/d, normal serum creatinine (chronic kidney disease 1-2), aged 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant tumor, severe cardiac insufficiency, pregnancy, uremia and maintenance dialysis, immune system disease or other complications, patients with acute and chronic infection.
