Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with syphilis; 2. Signed a patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information (or informed consent, where applicable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with syphilis during pregnancy and nursing; 2. Currently on treatment for syphilis; 3. unwillingly participates in the clinical trial; 4. patients with heart, renal or hepatic dysfunction.
