20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. decreased movement; 2. at least meet the following 1: (1) Muscle rigidity; (2) Static tremor; (3) Posture instability; 3. at least in line with the following three: (1) Unilateral onset; (2) Static tremor; (3) Gradual progress; (4) After the onset of persistent asymmetric involvement for the most; (5) Levodopa treatment initially effective.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. all kinds of secondary Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, tumor, drug-induced toxicity, vascular and hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's syndrome; 2. had surgery or g knife treatment of the original; 3. severe schizophrenia or other severe mental illness; 4. serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ damage and other organic.
